Based in Western Sydney, we work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, along with families, carers, and support coordinators, to deliver flexible, participant-led support.
Everything we do is guided by agape love—a commitment to care that is compassionate, dignified, and grounded in real human connection.
Our Story
Agape Connections was born from a deeply personal journey and a desire to create meaningful change.
Inspired by our daughter, Akapei, who lives with Autism and intellectual learning delay, our mission became clear: to build a service grounded in love, dignity, and understanding.
